ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 31.3.2006 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Cr. Appeal No. 62 of 2002 by which he has affirmed the order of conviction dated 21.8.2002 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, in Chandi (Nagarnausa) P.S. Case No. 174 of 1999. Considering the impugned orders, I do not find any reason for interference.
Hence, the application stands dismissed.
However, considering the period of custody of the Petitioner, the sentence is modified to one already undergone by him. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
