The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 38 of 2023 registered under Sections 412, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to high handedness of the police. Further submission is that the alleged recovery has been made from the rented property of the petitioner. The petitioner had given the said property to one Arun Kumar @ Pappu on a rental basis for a period of 11 months in terms of unregistered agreement, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail petition.
