JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 10.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45445 of 2018 and the case is under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that later on good sense prevailed between the parties and victim has married with the petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, however, once the victim girl is examined in the trial, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail in the trial court itself, who will consider the evidence of
