The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 663 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Ams Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10337 of 2020. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 03.12.2019 i.e. almost one year and on the ground of period of custody, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail.
