JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-07-2024 This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 31.01.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IVth, Jamui in Cr. Misc. No. 05 of 2023 by which the court below has rejected the application of the petitioner for extension of time to surrender in the court below.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the petition, this application is allowed and the order dated 31.01.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IVth, Jamui in Cr. Misc. No. 05 of 2023 is hereby quashed.

3. The period for surrendering as granted by the court below is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

4. Other conditions will remain the same as ordered by the Additional Sessions Judge-IVth, Jamui.
