Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 752 of 2019 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019 for the offence under sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 19 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.1.2019.

Case No. 55 of 2019.
