09-02-2015 Today again on call, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to press this petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. On last date also, there was non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

The present writ petition was filed with a prayer to direct the Respondents to pay salary for the month of May 1997. In this case, a counter affidavit was filed in the month of February 2008 and in paragraph-6 of the counter affidavit, a specific statement has been made that payment of salary for the month of May 1997 has already been made to the petitioner vide cheque dated 29.01.2007.

In view of facts and circumstances, there is no
