The petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to the District Magistrate and the Inspector General of Police, C.I.D. to submit report before the State Scheduled Caste Commission, Bihar Patna pursuant to the direction, as contained in Memo No. 52/11-314 dated 25th March, 2013 (Annexure-9) and direction to the respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.5687 of 2014 dt.28-08-2017 2/2 to make enquiry against respondents no. 12 to 14. It appears that the petitioner being the Upper Divisional Clerk, District Land Acquisition Office, Begusarai made allegation against the District Land Acquisition Officer, Begusarai, on the basis of the allegation made by the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Begusarai got the matter enquired and did not find any substance in the allegation. The petitioner also filed petition before the State Scheduled Caste Commission, Bihar, Patna and Dy. Secretary State Scheduled Caste Commission, Bihar, Patna vide Memo No. 52/11314 dated 25.03.2013 requested the District Magistrate to inquire and report. The petitioner has already submitted his resignation and the petitioner made several allegations, but the District Magistrate made thorough enquiry and he found the allegation made by the petitioner false.
