2. The petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for the grant following reliefs:
"i. For a direction upon the Registrar CoOperative Societies i.e. respondent no 3, to dispose of the complaint was filed by the petitioner, which has been duly acknowledged by its office and endorsed on 24/03/2025, within reasonable period as because of the fact the remaining election of executive members of PACCS of village Poiwan is going to be held on 09/04/2025.

Further also direct the Registrar CoOperative Societies to enquire into the matter and also ascertain the correct voter list and also take appropriate action against the unauthorized persons, who had no valid reason to remain as voter in the Poiwan PACCS Sub Divisional Voter List.
iii. Further also direct the respondent authority to take appropriate action against the member who have applied for nomination for the post of executive members on strength of forge and fabricated cast certificate, because of the fact the issuing authority subsequently cancel those certificate.
iv. Till any action proposed to be taken by the registrar co-operative society or any other authority, the election which likely to be held on 09.04.2025 may kindly be stayed till the disposal of the present writ application.
V. Pass such order/orders as deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
3. It has been informed to the Court that the election has already been held on 09.04.2025. Learned counsel for the respondents-State, therefore, submits that the reliefs claimed for in the present writ applcation by the petitioner has now become infructuous in view of the fact that election has already held on 09.04.2025.

4. This position is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the election has already been held on 09.04.2025.
