2.The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.05.2022 passed by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 509 of 2021 (G.R. No. 6490 of 2021).

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that the trial has commenced and witnesses are being examined inasmuch as six witnesses have already been examined.

3. The certified copy of the said examination has been provided for perusal of the Court which has also been seen by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in that background, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
