The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with POCSO Case No. 16 of 2015 arising out of Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 254 of 2014 registered under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that nothing has been stated aginast the petitioners in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. Further submission is that on perusal of Medical Report, it appears that her age has been assessed in between 16 to 18 years.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15537 of 2017 (3) dt.13-07-2017 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge-cum-1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saharsa in connection with POCSO Case No. 16 of 2015 arising out of Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 254 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
