2. This application is for grant of regular bail arises out of Basopatti P.S. Case No.188 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 310(4), 310(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner was caught along with other co-accused preparing to commit dacoity. One knife has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2024 and he has two criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26818 of 2025(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani/concerned Court below, in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No.188 of 2024.

7. The one of the bailor will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner.

8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Basopatti Police Station, Madhubani on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
