Patna High Court CWJC No.7301 of 2024(2) dt.11-07-2024 2/3 "1. That this writ petition is being filed with a prayer for issuance of appropriate writ or writs for directing and commanding the respondent authorities to set up an independent enquiry regarding scam in the scheme of "Saat Nishchay" in the Financial Year 2016-17, 17-18, 18-19, 19-20, 2021 of Gram Panchayat-Nanaura, BlockNardiganj, District-Nawada and conclude the enquiry within time frame and thereafter take appropriate legal action against the culprits and further direct the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner within time frame and further direct the respondent authorities to provide security to the petitioner and further pass any appropriate order/orders for which the petitioner is entitled to in the fact and circumstances of this case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
