2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"(i) That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction for quashing memo no.-203/Sa.Sha.

dated 13.03.2021 issued by DIG Begusarai Range Begusarai whereby he has dismissed the petitioner from service after ordering the respondents to produce the said memo/order of DIG Begusarai as copy of the same has not been supplied to the petitioner but has been mentioned in the order of the SP Begusarai memo no. 754/Ra.Ka. dated 24.03.2021 and also for quashing memo no. 754/Ra.Ka. dated 24.03.2021 issued by S.P. Begusarai which is consequential order i.e. Annexure-8 and also for quashing any order passed by ADG (Law and Order) Bihar Patna on the appeal filed by the petitioner if adverse passed during the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10966 of 2021 dt.30-11-2021 2/2 pendency of this case and for all consequential benefits including reinstatement of the petitioner and entire salary for the intervening period from dated of dismissal till date of joining or for any other order or orders which this Hon'ble may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of this case."

3. The petitioner has presented this petition feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied by the aforesaid order of disciplinary authority and appellate authority. He has also invoked a memorial appeal before the concerned authority which is pending consideration.

4. The appellate authority, before whom memorial appeal is pending, is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
