The petitioner has filed this application for quashing of the order dated 04.07.2012 taking cognizance. Counsel for the parties has admitted the fact that the court below has proceeded ahead and framed the charge. In that view of the matter the present application has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed. However, liberty would be available to the petitioner to raise all such grievance as may be permissible under the law by filing appropriate petition before the court below.
