Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they could not surrender in the court below within time prescribed in the order dated 21.06.2016 as they are working as labour at Hariyana.

Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application, let the time fixed in the order dated 21.06.2016 for surrender in the court below be extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

With the aforementioned direction, the modification application stands disposed of.
