3. Perusal of record shows that vide letter dated 25.08.2025 of Assistant Registrar, Criminal Appeal Section of this Court, a living status report of accused appellant was called for. In response thereto, the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas submitted a report dated 13.09.2025, based on information furnished by S.H.O., Kochas P.S. apprising this Court that appellant, namely, Kameshwar Singh died in the year 2012

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.329 of 1997(8) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 during the pendency of this Appeal.

4. In view of the above, the instant Criminal Appeal filed by appellant stands abated.
