In view of the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 8 and 9 to ensure that all admissible dues of the petitioner relating to
Patna High Court CWJC No.17006 of 2011 dt.09-11-2015 2/2 G.P.F. of his late father is paid to him within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondents no. 8 and 9, if already not paid.
