09-04-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 2, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that the petitioner may approach the authority concerned by way of filing representation in respect of claim raised in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation. It goes without saying that if such representation is filed before the competent authority within a period of eight weeks from today, the Court expects that competent authority may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably; within a period of three months from the date of
