JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 During pendency of the present writ petition whereby the petitioner has prayed for a direction to be issued to the respondents to fix pension and pay the entire arrear with 12% interest per annum, the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has rejected the claim of the petitioner in respect of payment of pension and other retrial dues by a reasoned order dated 27.01.2017.
In that view of the matter, at the outset, learned counsel
Patna High Court CWJC No.22278 of 2014 (4) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 for the petitioner has sought leave to withdraw the present writ petition in order to challenge the aforesaid order dated 27.01.2017 passed by the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna.
Leave is granted.
