The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 110 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) and 56 (kh) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case total 560 liters liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was apprehended only on suspicion. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2019.

Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Excise Case No. 110 of 2019.
