25-03-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 2, submits that ofcourse, earlier a complaint was filed before the District Magistrate, Saharsa, vide Annexure '10' to the writ petition in respect of irregularities committed in the selection of Anganbari Sevika in the Gram Panchayat, Sahpur for the Anganbari Centre - Bhelahi, but it appears that in accordance with provision contained in Clause 8 of the Guidelines for

Patna High Court CWJC No.7162 of 2008 (3) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 Sevika/Assistant Sevika of 2008, an affidavit was not filed. A prayer is being made for disposal of the present writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint before the District Magistrate, Saharsa with proper affidavit. The writ petition stands disposed of with an indication that if such complaint is filed within a period of eight weeks from today before the respondent no. 4/District Magistate, Saharsa, the District Magistrate, Saharsa may examine the complaint and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably; within a period of three months from the date of filing of such complaint with affidavit.
