ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-11-2015 In this case, the final order was passed on 06.02.2011 but the husband has sought modification of the order on the ground that the amount of interim maintenance is excessive. In view of the nature of dispute between the parties the matter was once again referred to the Meditation Centre but unfortunately the same could not be resolved. Considering that this Court has already passed final order and after the same, it became functus officio, the application is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedy in accordance with law.
