The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 28.07.2021 passed by learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Jamui, in connection with Case No. 12C2 of 2021 by which the learned court below has been pleased to take cognizance for the offence under Sections 30(a)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, against the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application filed on behalf of the petitioner.
