2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case stands on similar footing to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 10516 of 2022. He further submits that this Court vide a detailed order dated 20.01.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10516 of 2022 has already quashed the letter No.92 dated 22.01.2019.

3. Considering the fact that the case of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.6443 of 2023(3) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 stands on similar footing to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 10516 of 2022, this writ petition is allowed in similar terms and conditions and the Memo No. 626 dated 18.03.2023 (Annexure4) is hereby quashed. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U
