=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-11-2015 Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the respondents are present. Pursuant to order dated 28.01.2015, counter affidavits have also been filed on behalf of respondents no. 4 and 6 after serving copy on learned counsel for the petitioner. As per their stand, all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid to him.
In view of the fact that neither rejoinder has been filed on behalf of the petitioner nor anybody appears to press the application, the Court can only presume that the petitioner having been paid his admitted dues, does not wish to pursue the matter.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) P. Kumar U T
