JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 25-04-2018 This application has been filed for modification order dated 01.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42120 of 2017 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with certain terms and conditions.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could not surrender because he was suffering from paralysis and had gone for his treatment.

In such circumstances, four weeks' further time is given to the petitioner to surrender in the Court below in terms of the order dated 01.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42120 of 2017.

Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, in connection with Complaint Case No.612 of 2015.
