2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 422 of 2022, registered for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fired upon the victim. The medical report also supports the prosecution case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 09.01.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the heinous nature of offence against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

8. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
