(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents for grant of financial benefits in the light of office order no-18/2012 dated 22.02.2012 issued by Respondent No-4 for the period from 01.09.1999 to 01.09.2008 i.e for the period of
Patna High Court CWJC No.17451 of 2015(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 service rendered on deputation in Bihar State Agriculture Marketing Board (Repealed), by the husband of the petitioner, and to pay statutory as well as penal interest thereon."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some payments on the head of arrears of salary on account of grant of benefits of A.C.P. has already stood paid, however, for the subsisting grievances as also for obtaining calculation chart, regarding payment of monetary benefits arising out of grant of A.C.P., liberty be granted to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
