Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the main allegation is again one Manoj Mandal, who has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the court below itself and, as a matter of fact, the whole allegation is false and concocted as earlier also similar type of case has been lodged against the petitioner in which he was granted bail.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Petitioner should surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available on record. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
