The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 324 and 354B of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant. When the son of the informant, Aditya Kumar made protest then he was caused injury with knife.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, in fact, no injury was caused to the son of the informant, there is counter version of the occurrence and the petitioner has received four injuries at the hands of the informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51089 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 side. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is specific and the case lodged by the petitioner side is subsequent to the present case. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Saran at Chapra.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
