18-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been preferred for quashing of order, contained in memo no. 15-1205 dated 21-12-2018 passed by respondent no. 5/District Project Officer (Annexure - 8 to the writ petition), by which, the petitioner was removed from service, who was working as Vikas Mitra. Learned counsel for the State submits that against the order of District Project Officer, the petitioner has got an alternative remedy of appeal, but she has directly approached this Court.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8637 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as considering the fact that there is already alternative remedy of appeal, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of four weeks from today.

It goes without saying that if any appeal is filed by the petitioner, the appellate authority shall examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law without any delay.
