This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 40 of the Bihar Minor and Mineral Concession Rules, 1972. The petitioner was running brick kiln without permission or license rather without depositing the royalty. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has already deposited the entire dues after lodging of the first information report.

Considering the fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Aurangabad, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
