1. The learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 submits that he has instructions of the O.P. No.2 to make submission that the O.P. No.2 shall have no grievance in the event if the present quashing application is allowed, as the dispute between the O.P. No.2 and her husband stands resolved and the petitioners herein are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the O.P. No.2.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2, the order dated 05.12.2017 passed by the learned A.C.J.M., Danapur in Danapur P.S. Case No.79 of 2014 whereby cognizance of offence under Sections 341, 313, 323, 498(A), 504, 34 and 120(B) of the IPC read with Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has been take, is hereby quashed.
