2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 290, 188/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 25(9) of the Arms (Amendment) Act.
3. According to F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, all the F.I.R. named accused persons and other associates made indiscriminate firing during course of the dance program in which one dancer sustained firearms injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and her name transpired during course of investigation. As a matter of fact, petitioner is sister of the girl who has sustained firearms injury and she

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Karakat P. S. Case No. 350 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
