ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the informant is also present.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.274 of 2016 (G.R. No.2970/2016) for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 323, 379, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from a perusal of the petition that there was a partition suit pending between the parties and the informant is the aunt of the present petitioner.

In view of the fact that there is a bona fide civil disputes between the parties and the partition suit between the

No.35737 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 parties is pending till date, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Naubatpur P.S.
