The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 318 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1623 of 2018) registered under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has criminal antecedent. He is an accused in six cases mentioned in paragraph-3 of the petition. Hence, it is not a fit case for grant of bail. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
