2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 334(1), 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, some unknown miscreants committed theft of 4 quintal wheat, gas cylinder, cash, consumer mobile charger etc. in oil mill and flour mill of informant.

4. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confession of co-accused Raj Kishore Sah. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.
