The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rupauli P. S. Case No. 83 of 2017 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation, in brief, is that on petty issue, there was quarrel and allegation is that these two petitioners assaulted with broken piece of bamboo to the informant and his daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both sides are neighbour and on the petty dispute, they quarreled and there is case and counter case and the injury to the informant and her daughter is simple in nature.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37757 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Tila Devi and Sulochana Kumari @ Sulochana, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Purnea in connection with Rupauli P.S.Case No. 83 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
