2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341 , 323 , 504, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners abused and assaulted informant and others. It is further alleged that accused persons also snatched gold chain from neck of informant. Petitioners have got 4 criminal antecedent of similar nature .

4. Considering the material available on record,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28936 of 2025(3) dt.13-08-2025 2/2 criminal antecedents of these petitioners and others circumstances of the case , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
