26-11-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 24, submits that the present writ petition was pertaining to a dispute in respect of appointment to the post of Shiksha Mitra. He submits that subsequently certain development has taken place, whereby, the post of Shiksha Mitra has already been abolished, which has finally been approved by the Full Bench of this Court.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5531 of 2011 (4) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 Accordingly, no purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending.
