The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be owner of the vehicle on which the alleged sand was loaded. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Case No. 09 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
