The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 388 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the offences except Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code all are bailable in nature. He submitted that so far as Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code is concerned, the same relates to assault or criminal force to woman with intent to

A quarrel between the parties took place due to blockade of common passage even according to the FIR. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-2, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 388 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
