2. The petitioner claims regularization. The petitioner has placed reliance on Annexure-4 series so as to press his relief for regularization. Annexure-4 series manifests that his services have been engaged intermittently for cleaning on a day-to-day basis.
3. The petitioner has not been able to establish any right for regularization based on Annexure-4 series either with
Patna High Court CWJC No.10822 of 2021(2) dt.25-09-2023 2/2 reference to any policy or with reference to continuity of service against any sanctioned post. It is also not established that the selection was made after observing any formality in compliance of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India.
4. The claim for regularization, in the above noted circumstances, is not made out from the averments made in the writ application.
5. The writ application is dismissed.
