Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Phulparas Police Station Case No 322 of 2015 dated 02.12.2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 354, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that no specific allegation has been made against the petitioner and injury inflicted on the informant was found to be simple in nature. It has further been submitted that co-accused, Rajendra Prasad Yadav @ Rajendra Yadav and Ram Kumar Yadav with similar allegation, have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 03.05.2017 in Criminal Misc. No. 8669 of 2017.

No.38125 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Jhanjharpur in connection with Phulparas Police Station Case No 322 of 2015 dated 02.12.2015 corresponding to GR No 1943 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
