I have gone through the records. In the handwritten Fardbayan, the name is Shahnawaz. In the order of the learned Judge, dealing with the bail matter, the name is Shahbaz. In the application filed before this Court and the vakalatnama, it is Shabaz. Thus, the name cannot be changed at this stage. Be that as it may, learned counsel seeks extension of time, as fixed by order dated 02.06.2016 passed in Cr Misc No

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33750 of 2016 (2) dt.12-08-2016 2/2 19743 of 2016. The time of four weeks fixed therein is extended by another four weeks from today.
