====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Pursuant to orders dated 24-09-2015 and 08-102015, it appears that the Provident Fund amount has already been paid to the petitioner. However, learned counsel for respondents no. 1 to 4 submits that from instructions received by him, the petitioner may be required to fill up fresh form for grant of pension at Ranchi.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to comply with the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22577 of 2011 (8) dt.26-11-2015 request of the Provident Fund authority at Ranchi by filling up fresh form for grant of pension to him. If the same is done within four weeks, the concerned authority shall ensure that pension of the petitioner is started within four weeks thereafter. The authority shall also furnish to the petitioner detailed calculation chart with regard to the payment of Provident Fund in view of them having committed some error in the calculation earlier which has caused confusion in the matter. The said chart shall be given to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before respondent no. 3.

In the event, the petitioner finds any further error in such calculation, he may bring it to the notice of respondent no. 3 who shall look into the same and pass appropriate orders. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Amin/- U
