The following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application. "1.That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ order or direction to the respondents for fixation of pay after granting regular yearly increment from 18.05.2007 and A.C.P. etc., and for grant of all consequential benefits".

Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no. 3, the D.I.G. of Police, B.M.P. Central Zone,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16826 of 2014 (2) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 Patna. The respondent no. 3, the D.I.G. of Police, B.M.P. Central Zone, Patna, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of such representation.
