This application for regular bail arises out of Piar (Hatha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2020. It is alleged that from beneath the mud, in a house under construction of the petitioner, the police recovered approximately 87 litres of illicit liquor.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has contended that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and if allowed bail, there is no chance of the petitioner fleeing from

Considering the aforesaid submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise Act, Muzaffarpur, in Piar (Hatha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019. It is directed that defects in the application pointed out by the Registry must be removed within two months from today. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Rajesh/- U T
