====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to quash an order dated 31.8.2009 passed by F.T.C. II, Bettiah, West Champaran, whereby Appeal preferred by the petitioner against rejection of injunction petition was rejected. Earlier petitioner had filed Civil Revision petition which was permitted to be converted as writ petition. The Suit was filed for partition and in partition Suit injunction petition was filed on behalf of the petitioner, which stood dismissed on 10.6.2008. Against the said order Appeal was preferred, which too stood dismissed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18267 of 2010 (4) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 Keeping in view the fact that dispute is in relation to partition as well as the fact that order impugned discloses specific reason, the court is of the opinion that no relief can be granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
